eat well chef

I worked with a registered dietician and professional chef to revamp her personal brand on social media and on her website. Her mission is to help busy people learn to love cooking healthy, yet delicious meals. She wanted earthy colors in her logo and I experimented with illustrations with vegetables.

I illustrated this print on the iPad when the color scheme was blue initially.

Business Cards

After finalizing logos, I made business cards in Canva for potential customers to get more information on the client’s cooking classes and nutrition services.

Logo Mockups

Final Mockups

I made three versions of the client’s logo for her to choose from depending on where it’s being used. I illustrated the carrots digitally and created the text and colors using Adobe Illustrator.

Before we decided on our final color scheme, I created logos in line with my mood board.

Explorations with hand-lettering on the iPad.

Recipe Template

I created this template to be emailed to clients participating in upcoming cooking classes. I included a welcome letter, shopping list of ingredients, and the full recipe at the end.

The client LOVED this beet I illustrated and we decided to incorporate it into her website instead of making it part of the logo.

Illustrations

I experimented with illustrations of vegetables and with hand-lettered logos. We decided to stick with the carrots for the logo and the client preferred typography to hand-lettering.

Preliminary Mockups

My first step was making a mood board (see below) to get feedback from the client about her preferences.

Posters

I created promotional materials for Dee to use on her Instagram page to advertise upcoming cooking classes. She wanted to raise awareness of these free classes to her following base.
